I have a Dream 3회차입니다. 연재하는 분량이 많으니 공부하기 힘들어서 나누어서 올립니다. 저도 천천히 다시 살펴봐야 하는 탓에 그렇습니다. 영어공부는 시간 싸움이라고 생각됩니다.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of  the  moment and to underestimate the determination of the  Negro. This sweltering summer of the Negro's legitimate  discontent will not pass until there is an invigorating  autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not  an end, but a beginning.

미 국민 전체가 현 시점의 긴박성을 간과하고 흑인들의 단호한 결단을 과소평가  하는 것은 치명적일 것입니다. 흑인들의 정당한 불만으로 가득 찬 이 찌는 듯한  여름은 끝나지 않을 것입니다.자유와 평등으로 넘치는 시원한 가을이 오기까지는. 1963년은 끝이 아니라 시작에 불과합니다.

Those who hope that the Negro needed to blow off steam  and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the  nation returns to business as usual. There will be neither  rest nor tranquility in America until the Negro is granted his  citizenship rights. The whirlwinds of revolt will continue to  shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of  justice emerges.

흑인들이 열기를 식힐 필요가 있고, 이제는 만족할 것이라고 바라는 사람들은,  이 나라가 여느 때처럼 다시 일상으로 돌아가게 된다면,  갑자기 깨닫게 될 것입니다. 흑인들이 시민으로 서의 권리를 부여 받을 때까지는 미국에는 휴식도 평온도  있을 수가 없습니다. 정의의 밝은 날이 올 때까지는 반발의 회오리바람이 계속  우리나라의 기반을 흔들어 댈 것입니다.
